Founder
Jared Kobernat built ROQ to find your buy box.
He founded ROQ after years watching investors chase listings everyone else already saw. ROQ's off-market intelligence — the buy box, the signals, the matching — is software he still builds and operates himself.
Jared Kobernat, founder of ROQ.
Before ROQ.
Jared spent his early career in sales leadership — learning firsthand how businesses actually win and lose customers, and how much comes down to who has better information going in. He later taught himself to build software: websites, native apps, CRMs, and the internal tools that now run ROQ.
That background shapes how ROQ is built: instead of another listing site, a system that matches off-market signals to what an investor actually wants to buy — built and maintained by Jared directly, not outsourced.
